Why would a doctor talk about finances?

I can see the effect of poor financial management everyday in my work. Stress, anxiety, depression and poor physical health can often be linked back to poor financial decisions. I feel that as my role as a primary care provider, I have a responsibility to teach people how to better manage their finances – a job that should be done in school, but sadly isn’t. Investing is the first of many courses I will be running in financial management and mindset.

How does this fit with your planner?

The prosperity plan bundle has far more in it than what is in the planner, such as helpful spreadsheets, mindset training and how to invest in the stock market, although the planner will help you when you go through all the courses, because it helps to keep you on track. So I would say that the planner is complementary to the prosperity plan bundle, but you can equally do this without a planner.

I'm really scared about managing my money - how will this help me?

I totally get this. When I started out on my money journey I was scared too. Brown envelopes that looked like they were from the HMRC were my particular fear. I was terrified of discovering I owed loads of money and would be in trouble. I was also scared of finding out how much debt I was in and just doing this exercise was hard enough. But it does get easier, and with twice monthly coaching/mindset training, we've got your back to support you through. You will feel far less scared once you start to understand your money and learn more about it and yourself. You can do this!
